I was born in Spangler at Miners Hospital and lived there until 1970 when we moved to the Pittsburgh area. I left Pa. in 1984 with the US NAVY and have only been back on occasion. My Mother and Grandparents grew up in Hastings and my Father and his parents in Barnesboro. I was real fortunate to find your website and greatly enjoy thinking back as I look at the great photos of the surrounding area. Thanks for a job well done.
