The Year 2007 In Review

Here we are at the beginning of a new year, and keeping with tradition, we've looked back over the past year's work and picked out thirty photographs from the more than 1,300 that we've published on the blog during 2007. We hope you've all had a good time visiting the blog over the last year and we sincerely hope that it brought back memories to those of you who no longer live amongst us. To those of you who come to the blog on a weekly basis to view our little part of the world our hope is that you will continue to visit us and to enjoy the photographs from time to time. May the force be with you.

First picture, January 1, 2007.

We were on our way to the Flight 93 area when we passed these three young Amish girls walking along Route 30.

I happened to stumble across your blog, while looking for something else. I live in Altoona. I am amazed at the beauty that you have found (even in the "ugly" stuff). Thank you for sharing your gift.

Love your photographs, especially the nature and bird ones. I was looking for information about the windmills in Somerset County and somehow ran across your site. I'm a former Barr Township resident and Bishop Carroll graduate now living in Virginia.
